I understand where you are coming from, but I have to say I respectfully disagree. I don't believe in the "spiritual warfare" component of Christianity at all, let alone for pastors. Most pastors are hard-working people who mean well, but at the end of the day, are fallible human beings like us all. The sad truth is, the pressure-cooker environment most churches put their pastors into is what leads to burnout and so on, and in my opinion has nothing to do with spiritual warfare.
